仕事内容
Financial Controllerのもと、経理業務全般のサポートを担当していただきます。
正確性とチームワークを大切にしながら、日々のオペレーションを支える役割です。
主な業務内容
Gain hands on accounting experience in a global business environment.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will support daily accounting operations and month end processes.
This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, collaboration, and steady skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal and external audits and tax inspections by preparing documentation
- Bookkeeping of corporate credit card expenses
- Clearing accounts receivable balances
- Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Handling internal approval workflows for expenses and related requests
- Posting recurring and standard journal entries for month end closing
- Ad hoc tasks including internal report distribution and cash flow forecasting

【応募資格】
簿記3級相当の会計知識
日本語上級レベルおよび英語中級レベル
基本的なExcel操作スキル
ERPまたは経理システムの使用経験
歓迎スキル・人物像
SAPなどのERP使用経験をお持ちの方
コツコツと正確に業務を進められる方
チームと連携しながら柔軟に対応できる方
実務を通じて経理スキルを高めていきたい方
Qualifications
- Accounting knowledge equivalent to Japan Bookkeeping Level 3
- Fluent Japanese and intermediate English proficiency
- Basic Excel skills
- Experience using ERP or accounting systems
Preferred Skills and Traits
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Detail oriented and able to work accurately
- A collaborative team player with a flexible mindset
- Motivated to grow accounting skills through hands on experience
