Responsibilities
- Independent handling of various client accounts as project leader incl. management of other project members / Ongoing support of other client accounts led by other project leaders or other global offices
- Specific client tasks include but are not limited to
o Strategic planning of communication strategies
o Research and audits
o Media and other stakeholder relations
o Planning, organization and management of various events incl. interviews, media roundtables, press conferences and others
o Media and issue monitoring
o Activity reports and other reporting
- Participation in business development initiatives and company marketing activities

Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree from university in Japan or overseas
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in strategic communications, either in house, PR agency or other media relations environment.
- Ability to independently run client project with minimum oversight of senior colleagues
- Understanding of financial terms and interest and some experience of dealing with financial topics a plus
- Fluent spoken and written Japanese/English
- Excellent verbal communications and presentation skills
- Basic digital and social media skills
- Ability to build and actively engage with a large network of diverse stakeholders
- Ability to go beyond implementation of tasks and also consult clients on strategic decisions and implementation of those
- Good understanding of media landscape

勤務時間: 基本9:00～18:00（ハイブリッド勤務体制、月と金在在宅勤務、火曜ー木曜出勤）
休日・休暇: 完全週休二日制（土日祝）年末年始休暇(12/28-1/4) 有給休暇
