Job Description
As a full-cycle (360-degree) recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to both candidates and corporate clients.
Main Responsibilities:

- Conduct career counseling sessions
- Introduce job opportunities and offer career advice
- Provide interview preparation and coaching
- Support decision-making and follow up after placement

- Listen to and understand hiring needs
- Align on job descriptions and candidate requirements

- Source candidates, introduce talent, and propose hiring strategies

Work Directly with the CEO in a Lean, High-Impact Team
Unlike large recruitment firms that separate candidate and client functions, we take a 360-degree (full-cycle) consulting approach — managing both sides of the process. You’ll work closely with our CEO, who is hands-on in client and candidate engagements, allowing you to learn the ropes through direct experience and personalized mentorship.

Training & Development
Our small, elite team structure allows for hands-on, on-the-job training (OJT) directly under the CEO. From the basics of research and sourcing to candidate outreach, client communication, and final deal closing — you’ll gain real-world experience early on and grow step by step.
Career Path Example
- Entry Level (Associate Researcher)
Handle initial candidate communication and scheduling (approx. 2–3 months)
- After 6 Months (Associate Consultant)
Begin engaging with clients and conducting candidate assessments
Take on 360-degree responsibilities with support from the CEO and senior team members
- Year 3 (Senior Consultant)
Independently manage your own projects and clients
- Year 4+ (Principal Consultant)
Lead a team and contribute to the firm’s overall growth strategy

Must-Haves
- No specific educational background or prior experience required
- A strong commitment to delivering results
- Business-level Japanese proficiency, roughly equivalent to JLPT N1 certification or an equivalent level of ability.

- Experience in sales, retail, or other client-facing roles

勤務時間・曜日:
- Work Days: Monday to Friday (Weekdays)
- Actual Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
- Overtime: May occur(Note: Overtime due to company requirements is rare. There may be occasional meetings with individuals outside of regular hours, but you have full control over your schedule.)

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給¥300,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥24,520(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
Compensation
Monthly Salary:
¥250,000–¥300,000 + various allowances + performance-based bonuses paid 4 times a year
(Final salary will be determined based on your experience and skills in accordance with company policy.)
- During the probationary period, monthly salary starts at ¥200,000
- Incentive bonuses are paid quarterly (March, June, September, December)
Bonus amounts may vary depending on individual and company performance
Salary Increases & Bonuses
Salary Increases:
- Base salary and bonus percentage increase with each promotion in grade level
Bonuses:
- Paid 4 times a year
- Bonus calculation formula:
Sales during the bonus period × bonus percentage by grade − base salary during the same period
Example:
- Sales during bonus period: ¥8,000,000
- Bonus percentage: 35%
- Base salary during the period (e.g., January to March): ¥250,000 × 3 months = ¥750,000
- Bonus = ¥8,000,000 × 35% − ¥750,000 = ¥2,050,000
Estimated Annual Income
Earning over ¥10 million annually is possible depending on performance.
