Position Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll collaborate with experienced senior consultants, honing your communication skills and attention to detail as you manage candidates and clients. Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Fluency or native level English (both verbal and written); Japanese language proficiency is advantageous.
- University degree preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Must have permission to work in Japan.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is beneficial, but not required—your drive and determination are what truly matter.
