Responsibilities

Perform machine installation setup, training, and machine commissioning on new machine.
Provide after sales service supports to our customers which include maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
Responsible for scheduling and performing preventative maintenance.
Coordinate with the customer care to prepare quotation, manage inventory and ensure timely delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsible to prepare and submit progress service & maintenance report.
Ensure all service is completed within standard procedure.
To support After Market team in delivering sales contract and consumable target.
To trained junior employees and provide support when necessary.
To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Academic Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

Work Experience & Requirement:

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in repair, maintenance, and installation of analytical instruments.
Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Have own transport and willing to travel domestic and overseas.
Self-motivated, pro-active, analytical mind set and good problem-solving skill.
Able to negotiate and commitment in meeting customer requirement schedules.
Computer literate, knowledge in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Japanese skill must / N1 Level or native skills for all.

Preferred Characteristics

Good negotiation skill, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A team player and independent.
Good computer skills including SAP, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Responsibilities（職務内容）

新規装置の**設置・セットアップ、トレーニング、試運転（コミッショニング）**を行う。
顧客に対し、**アフターサービスサポート（保守、トラブルシューティング、修理）**を提供する。
予防保全（定期メンテナンス）の計画および実施を担当する。
カスタマーケアチームと連携し、見積の作成、在庫管理、納期管理を行い、顧客満足度の向上に貢献する。
サービスおよびメンテナンスの進捗報告書を作成し提出する。
すべてのサービスが標準手順に従って実施されるよう確保する。
アフターマーケットチームを支援し、サービス契約および消耗品の販売目標達成をサポートする。
必要に応じてジュニア社員の指導・トレーニングを行い、サポートを提供する。
その他、必要に応じて随時指示されるアドホック業務を実施する。

Academic Qualifications（学歴）

工学（電気／電子工学）分野の学士号、または同等の資格を有すること。

Work Experience & Requirement（実務経験・必須要件）

分析機器の修理・保守・設置において5年以上の実務経験を有すること。
良好な対人スキルおよびコミュニケーション能力を有すること。
自家用車での移動が可能で、国内外への出張が可能であること。
自発的で積極的、分析的思考を有し、優れた問題解決能力を持つこと。
顧客要求のスケジュールに合わせ、交渉・調整を行い、約束を守れる能力を有すること。
パソコン操作ができ、**MS Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）**の知識を有すること。

Preferred Characteristics（望ましい特性）

優れた交渉力、コミュニケーション能力、対人スキルを有すること。
チームプレイヤーであると同時に、必要に応じて自立して業務を遂行できること。
SAP、MS Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）、OutlookなどのPCスキルを有すること。
