WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Overview: The Account Manager / Senior Account Executive supports both sales and account management for Japan-focused clients, while working closely with regional teams.
This role contributes to revenue growth, smooth campaign delivery, and strong client relationships through reliable execution, coordination, and communication.
How will YOU contribute to the Team?
- Account Management & Campaign Execution
● Act as a Japan-focused account contact, while collaborating closely with
regional sales, account management, and operations teams
● Support end-to-end campaign management, including media coordination,
creative asset alignment, and delivery tracking
● Manage day-to-day client communications outside of direct sales discussions,
ensuring clear and timely updates
● Coordinate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure
campaigns run as planned
- Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement
● Prepare campaign reports with clear performance summaries, key learnings, and basic recommendations
● Support the creation of case studies to capture results and best practices for future sales and marketing use
● Assist in improving sales efficiency and margins by supporting optimisation, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration
● Apply structured and strategic thinking when reviewing campaigns to support better planning and client outcomes.
- Sales & Partnership Support
● Support and manage existing partnerships and accounts alongside senior
sales members
● Assist with campaign consultations, proposals, and media plans for new and existing clients
● Support the end-to-end sales process, including IO issuance, internal
coordination, and billing follow-up
● Help identify upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities through campaign insights and performance reviews
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Do YOU have what it takes to succeed?
● 5-8 years of experience in account management, client servicing, digital media, advertising, or a related field
● Experience with health / pharmaceutical clients is an advantage
● Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills, Korean is a plus
● Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
● Comfortable working with Excel, reporting tools, and campaign performance data
● Interest in digital media, advertising, and client-facing campaign management
● Able to work collaboratively across Sales, Ad Operations, Strategy, and other internal teams
● Client-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations
● Proactive, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day client and campaign management
The final title will be determined based on experience and capability.
