In Japan, we partner with leading enterprises across a wide range of industries to drive AI adoption from proof of concept (PoC) to scalable commercial deployment. Our goal is not only to showcase advanced technology, but also to help organizations create sustainable, measurable business value.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities
- Establish a strong pipeline for ByteDance’s innovative technology solutions.
- Execute go-to-market strategies and contribute to business growth through sales support and client engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Develop an understanding of industry pain points and support the positioning of innovative technology use cases to address client needs.
- Partner closely with the marketing team to support market awareness initiatives for our technology portfolio through public conferences, seminars, workshops, and other events.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, remain open to learning beyond your immediate scope, and support additional initiatives and responsibilities as they arise.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate / Master's in Business Management or a related discipline.
- Internship, project, or academic experience in sales, business development, product or marketing.
- Strong interest in B2B technology, cloud solutions, and/or Generative AI and LLM applications.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about creating impact for clients.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Exposure to cloud computing or AI-related solutions, such as algorithms, computer vision, data analytics, CDP, or data warehousing, through coursework, internships, or projects.
- Interest in industries such as internet, e-commerce, retail, media, or ICT.
- International or regional exposure, with an understanding of emerging markets, is a plus.
