▍Position Details
- Lead development, operation and maintenance in a single repository
- Optimizing code quality and development processes in a single repository
- Leading the completion of medium-scale projects (about 1~6 months) ・Mentoring, fostering a technical culture, and member development
OR
- Lead unit-based (spanning multiple repositories) development, operation and maintenance
- Improvement of the codebase and development process on a unit-by-unit basis
- Development management of medium-sized projects (6 months to 1 year)
- Technical training of middle-class engineers
OR
- Project lead, including development, operation and maintenance planning and implementation based on business plans
- Improvement of company-wide code base and development process
- From supporting the organization's technical decision-making to implementing core functions
- Development management for large-scale projects (1~several years)
- Technical training of senior-level engineers
