Join a team-based engineering environment, building and improving enterprise web systems for major clients. You will contribute across the full development lifecycle — from design through to operations.
- Design and implement features for web applications
- Full lifecycle: design → development → testing → operations/maintenance
- Collaborate within a team of ~15–20 engineers (with PL/PM support)
- Write clean, maintainable code; contribute to reviews and shared standards
- Depending on experience, contribute upstream (requirements clarification, basic design)
Project examples:
- Enterprise web applications (internal workflow tools, business systems, portals)
- New feature development and continuous improvement of existing systems
- Modernization/upgrades (framework upgrades, refactoring)
- API integration and data flows between systems
- Performance, stability, and operational improvements

Required:
- 1+ year of hands-on software development experience (web or application)
- Framework-based development experience
- Experience with at least one of: Java / PHP / Python / C# / Ruby / Go
Nice to have:
- Backend or full-stack development experience
- Experience building DB-backed applications or APIs
- Git, code review, CI/CD experience
- Interest in PL/PM or Tech Lead track

勤務時間: 9:00–18:00 (8 hours actual work, 60-min break).
休日・休暇: Full 2-day weekend (Sat/Sun/holidays). ~124 holidays/year.
