A Typical Day:
In this role, you will:

Develop and implement IT action plans aligned with global and local business strategies.

Collaborate with local business units to understand and address goals, challenges, and regulatory requirements.

Manage IT projects and products, ensuring compliance with GxP regulations.

Promote IT-based business improvements using automation, data utilization, and cloud technologies.

Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI, cloud, and data analytics.

Facilitate meetings and presentations in business-level English while coordinating with international teams.

To Be Considered:
You must have:

Over five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in IT for development and medical departments.

A solid understanding of operational processes in drug development, clinical trials, and medical affairs.

Proven experience as an IT business analyst, IT project manager, or IT product manager.

Knowledge of GxP, regulatory compliance, and Computer System Validation (CSV).

Basic programming knowledge and familiarity with IT infrastructure (hardware, software, databases, networks, cloud).

Experience with agile and waterfall development methodologies.
