Responsibilities:
- Lead field marketing and outbound demand generation initiatives for the Digital Photonics and Network Test & Security portfolio in Japan. Collaborate closely with Portfolio Marketing, Sales, Channel Partners, Technical Experts, and the Lead Development Representative (LDR) team to drive customer acquisition, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.

Analyze customer segments, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes, and translate these insights into integrated go-to-market (GTM) and outbound marketing campaigns. Plan and execute marketing initiatives that increase market awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate business growth.

Define target personas within strategically selected customer segments and develop marketing programs tailored to each stage of the customer buying journey. Execute demand generation programs that increase customer engagement, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), pipeline growth, and revenue.

Drive business growth across Japan, with a particular focus on expanding business within small- and mid-sized accounts through scalable marketing programs, channel marketing, regional initiatives, and partner collaboration.

Assess customer buying stages and deliver the right information at the right time to nurture prospects and accelerate their progression through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the telecall nurturing team to align campaigns, messaging, and target audiences, maximizing lead nurturing effectiveness and conversion rates.

Integrate digital and in-person marketing, events, webinars, channel marketing, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to deliver a seamless customer journey, improve marketing effectiveness, and maximize order growth.
Qualifications:

Location: Japan

Language: Japanese (Native-level), English (Business-level)
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering field
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing
Hands-on experience with marketing, CRM, and business analytics tools (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce, DOMO)
