THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative to maximize brand and corporate value through strategic sales leadership across beauty chain/ semi-self-stores and department store channels. Drive revenue growth, elevate in-store execution, and lead a high-performing retail sales team.
Your main focus:
Manage field sales operations across semi-self-stores and department stores
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
Build strong relationships with key retailers and store teams
Analyze sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives
Sales Strategy & Execution
Oversee daily sales activities and ensure KPIs are met across assigned stores
Set and monitor sales targets for each region and store type
Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and seasonal campaigns
Ensure merchandising standards and promotional execution are consistently delivered
Retailer & Store Engagement
Cultivate strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and field staff
Support store operations and ensure alignment with brand standards
Collect field feedback to improve customer experience and retail strategy
Lead negotiations with key accounts and support distributor relationships
Sales Reporting & Analysis
Monitor weekly sales performance and prepare monthly business reviews
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
Provide insights to senior management and contribute to strategic planning
Team Leadership & Development
Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews
Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer focus
Host workshops and team meetings to drive engagement and capability building
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Education, Supply Chain, and VM teams
Align promotional calendars and campaign execution across channels
Coordinate with global and APAC teams for brand updates and launches

The team consists of Commercial team, and you will work closely together with several departments such as Retail Operations, Marketing and Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams. All your colleagues are collaborative, and you will receive tremendous support for you to excel in this role.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to make a difference. As an experienced Sales professional, you will share your valuable experience with the team, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you should also have the following requirements:
3+ years demonstrated experience in sales positions including account management and category management experience
Sales background in the luxury/prestige category within the department stores and other beauty retailers, channels
Has extensive experience in managing training and merchandising teams directly
Tertiary qualifications in management or related discipline highly regarded.
Nice to have business English capability
