Job Overview:
This role sits within Wholesales Productions Services team, which supports various Front office Trading Systems for Global Market Business. The ideal candidate shall work closely with Business and IT teams to support the trading applications covering Ultra Low Latency and Very High Frequency / high performance DMA.

First line user support and resolution of issues in the production environment
- Lead responses to incidents with strong ownership from issue detection to resolution and subsequent enhancements.
- Effectively communicate and liaise with both our internal users and external partners, demonstrating our commitment to resolving any queries and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Ensure strong compliance with incident, change, access and other policies both individually and by showing leadership in this space for the wider team.
- Investigate and promptly resolve any system issues to maintain high levels of efficiency and minimize any potential risks.
- Ensure the smooth operation and stability of our processes and systems through proactive monitoring and preventative measures, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with our development teams to safely and reliably manage change to our live environment, ensuring seamless integration of updates and enhancements.
- Willingness to work flexible shift based hours, including early mornings or late evenings, and some weekends, to ensure the smooth operation Global Execution Services business.
