Up to ¥10M / PMO + System Design + Application Support / Cross-functional Impact
We’re hiring a bilingual IT Business Analyst to work closely with internal users, developers, and external vendors across multiple stages of system planning and implementation. Ideal for someone with ERP and healthcare systems experience who wants to balance analysis, coordination, and development in a dynamic tech environment.
Main Responsibilities
1. Business Coordination (PMO)
Coordinate internal project communication and support information flow
Build strong relationships with business owners and key users
Troubleshoot and resolve daily technical incidents
2. System Solution Design
Translate user needs into clear system proposals
Work with developers to enhance new and existing systems
Support performance tuning, security checks, and scalable system design
3. System Development Support
Propose and improve system features
Perform testing and work with developers to resolve issues
Assist with UAT planning and user training
Follow change and version control processes
4. Application Support
Resolve app-related technical issues
Work with vendors for system improvements and user support
Prepare user manuals and implementation documents

Qualifications
Solid understanding of system design, infrastructure, and databases
ERP and healthcare systems development experience
Hands-on knowledge of:
– VB, MS SQL Server, ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET
Data integration between systems
Experience with user interviews and documentation
Business-level English and fluent Japanese
Ability to handle multiple tasks, communicate clearly, and work as a team
