Job/Group Overview:
Group Data Analytics Technology (GDA Tech) is part of the CTO group and is responsible for managing Enterprise Data Analytics Platform, Data Virtualization, and Internal Data File Transfer Platform, utilizing technologies such as Snowflake, Denodo, Power BI, Tableau, and other proprietary tools. The team is spread globally across US, India, and Japan. The Japan Data CoE (Center of Excellence) accelerates data utilization at Nomura Group in Japan. This PM&BA position is responsible for managing the global portfolio of the Enterprise Data Analytics Platform (PM role). In addition to project management, this position will support Japan Data CoE projects as a business analyst, mainly assisting with requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Project Management: Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of Enterprise Data Analytics Platform projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Business Analysis Support: Assist with requirement gathering, documentation, and communication with stakeholders for Japan Data CoE projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within GDAT and the Japan Data CoE.
