Job Purpose
We are seeking a motivated Product Development Scientist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative silicone based materials to meet global customer and business requirements in Electronics industries.

Responsibilities
- Design and formulating new silicone materials at laboratory
- Validate the efficacy of new products by laboratory testing using industry standard or customer specific end use test methods
- Prepare technical documentation and reports
- Work closely with local and global technical experts, and leverage technical expertise/specialty
- Launch the new products/technologies with cross-functional team
- Have technical communication and collaboration with customers as R representatives to understand customer requirements and market needs for future technical development\u00A0
Qualifications
- Minimum Master Qualifications at Chemistry or Material Science
- High motivations to develop new products to global customers with sense of urgency and ownership
- Good in communication and collaboration skills with local and global colleagues
- Verbal and written English communication skills.
- Have more than 3 years of relevant experience in product development for electronic materials or experience in polymer materials, including tensile testing or viscosity testing.
