The candidate will be a member of the research project “Mathematical emergence for engineering.”
Especially, it is expected that the candidate has a good motivation to contribute one's own mathematical skills for
education and research on quantum and digital information in the Kanazawa University human resource
development program.

2) Information and Communication Engineering Course, School of Electrical, Information and Communication
Engineering, College of Science and Engineering
3) Division of Electrical, Information and Communication Engineering, Graduate School of Natural Science and
Technology
5. Subject responsible for:
1) Undergraduate course:
Basic education (calculus, linear algebra, etc.),
Advanced mathematics for engineering (differential equation, vector analysis, complex analysis, Fourier
analysis, general linear algebra, basic algebra etc.), Seminar and research instruction for 4th grade students.
2) Graduate course:
Subjects related to field of specification, Seminar and research instruction for graduate course students.
6. Employment status:
A full-time professor, No specified limit on term
7. Compensation:
Annual salary system is applied.
8. Qualification requirements:
1) The candidate should hold a doctoral degree by the time when the appointment begins..
2) The candidate should have sufficient research achievements and have the ability of research guidance for
master and doctor course students.
3) The candidate should have sufficient experience of education of mathematics at university and have the
ability to perform it at a high level with enthusiasm.
4) The candidate should have a cooperative personality to perform educational and entrance examination
activities with the faculty members.
9. Start of employment:
An appointee is expected on duty on January 1st, 2027, or any early possible date afterwards
