・半導体業界での3年以上の実務経験

Micron's DRAM Technology Development Process Development Team in Hiroshima is a world-class organization of engineers and technologists delivering process and equipment solutions for Micron's DRAM and HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) products. We are developing advanced DRAM, HBM, and CMOS technologies, and we are seeking experienced professionals across multiple process areas, including Lithography, CVD, Dry Etch, Wet Process, Metallization, Diffusion, Ion Implantation, CMP, and Advanced Materials Engineering. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for exploring, developing, and optimizing unit process technologies, collaborating with process integration, device, and design engineers, and working with equipment partners to enable cost-competitive technologies for future DRAM and HBM.
This position requires advanced knowledge in semiconductor process development, device physics, and CMOS technology. Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with materials characterization and surface analysis methods are also important. Collaboration and strong communication skills are key to succeeding in this role.
Hands-on experience in the following technologies is a strong plus:
- Advanced deposition technologies (CVD, ALD, PVD)
- Epitaxial growth technologies (Si, SiGe, selective epitaxy, etc.)
- Gate stack and dielectric technologies
- Advanced patterning and dry etch technologies
- Wet cleaning and surface treatment technologies
- Ion implantation and thermal processing technologies
- Contact and interconnect metallization technologies
- Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP)
- Stress engineering and advanced materials integration
- Logic technology development, including advanced transistor development
- Process integration technologies for memory CMOS and peripheral circuits
Detailed Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Understand device, integration, and product requirements
- Develop process technology roadmaps and supplier strategies to achieve technology and cost targets
- Develop and optimize process recipes for development and manufacturing environments
- Analyze structural, material, and electrical characterization data
- Drive innovations to improve device performance, yield, reliability, and cost competitiveness
- Promotion and efficiency improvement of development activities through Artificial Intelligence utilization
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to solve complex technical challenges
- Provide recommendations to senior leadership on technology strategy and development direction
- Mentor and develop engineers while contributing to organizational capability growth
- Work with high integrity, ownership, and respect for people
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree, Ph.D., or equivalent industry experience in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Device Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in development of DRAM, HBM, or other advanced semiconductor products
- Industry experience in advanced CMOS technology development
- Process development or process integration experience in logic, memory, or foundry technologies
- Deep understanding of semiconductor device physics and process integration
- Experience working in research and development and/or high-volume manufacturing environments
- Strong English communication skills
