Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Engineering Manager to manage our dynamic team. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our travel booking platform, "skyticket". You will work closely with other engineers to design, implement, and test new features, while also ensuring the stability and performance of our existing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design for large projects that have integrations with multiple microservices and databases
- Review the designs for microservices or relatively mid-size projects that tech leads design
- Develop and maintain our travel booking platform
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
- Research and evaluate new technologies
- People management for the members you manage
- Coach and instruct the members you manage
- Follow the policies that the head of the system development section decide
- Report to the head of the system development section
- Assist Business Analysts to create system requirements
Additional Opportunities:

probationary period: 3 months
*There will be no change in salary and treatment during this period.
salary: 6-10 million yen
Salary will be determined in consideration of experience and ability in accordance with our company's regulations.
The above amount includes 40 hours of estimated overtime. Additional payment will be made for overtime work in excess of 40 hours.
Salary revision: Once a year
*There is a possibility of up to twice a year if achievements and performance are highly evaluated.

Work hours
10:00-19:00 (8 hours a day for labor and 1 hour for rest)
Average over time at work: 20 hours/month
Remote work: Available
Vacations and vacation time:
- 2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays)
- Paid vacations: 10 days after 6 months of employment (70% acquisition rate)
