Join a forward-thinking DevOps team building the cloud infrastructure behind a powerful no-code AI development platform. Designed for real-time collaboration and complex data workflows, the platform is central to the company’s next wave of innovation.
As DevOps Lead, you’ll take ownership of infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and cloud architecture—enabling faster deployments, higher availability, and smoother collaboration across engineering and business teams.
Responsibilities will include:
- Design and automate cloud infrastructure for a large-scale AI-powered development platform
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable releases
- Develop internal tools and technical standards that empower product and engineering teams
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinating efforts across product, engineering, and operations

Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, or related roles
- Hands-on experience automating infrastructure on Azure
- Proficiency with Kubernetes container orchestration
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Packer, or Chef
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, source control, and configuration management
- Familiarity with web service development and deployment
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with AWS or Google Cloud Platform
- Previous technical leadership or team lead experience
Language Skills:
- Business-level Japanese (N2 or above) and Conversational English are required for this role
