本ポジションはサービスセールス（Solutions & Services Executive（タイトルは経験によって決定））としてコマーシャル領域で率先してビジネス拡大をしていくポジションです。エンタープライズのプロフェッショナルサービスセールとして、更なるビジネス拡大へご活躍していただける方に、ぜひご参画いただきたいと考えております。

サービスセールスとして

・売上、利益に貢献することを目的とし、四半期毎、年間の目標を達成するためのセールス業務

・Lenovoのサービスメニューの中で、アドバンスドサービス（DaaS, Configuration、Deploy、DWS Managed、Project Oriented, Sustainability Service, Hybrid cloud , True scale IaaS）のオポチュイティ―発掘から提案、契約締結の営業アクションを実施し、デリバリー組織及びパートナーへのハンドオーバーしお客様へサービスを提供完了まで責任をもって実施

・レノボジャパン、アカウントセールス及びビジネスパートナーの新規や既存の関係者と良好な関係を構築し、要件を適切に理解し、関連部門との調整を円滑に行い、お客様の期待を上回る提案書を作成するといった営業活動をすることで、売り上げ、利益を拡大

・大型案件を個々に精査しオーナーシップをもって案件ごとにお客様の営業を行う

・Opportunity分析に基づき、営業ツールを提供しレノボジャパンの営業を行うお客様からエスカレーションされた案件を迅速に解決処理する

・売り上げが目標に達しないときは自ら解決に向け行動を起こ達成へ最大限の行動を実施しする

必須要件（Requirements）

・日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル以上のコミュニケーション能力

（グローバル・リージョン（AP)へのレポーティング・コミュニケーション）

Sr. SSE (Senior Solutions & Services Executive)

Job Description

This position is responsible for driving business expansion proactively in the commercial segment as a Service Sales professional (Senior Solutions & Services Executive).
We are seeking a candidate who can contribute as an enterprise professional services sales expert and play a key role in further expanding the business.

(This position is expected to develop into a future leadership role.)

Responsibilities as a Service Sales Executive

Drive sales activities aimed at contributing to revenue and profit, achieving quarterly and annual targets

Identify, develop, propose, and close opportunities within Lenovo’s service portfolio, including:

DaaS

Configuration

Deployment

DWS Managed Services

Project-oriented services

Sustainability Services

Hybrid Cloud

TruScale IaaS

Take full ownership from opportunity identification through proposal, contract execution, and handoff to delivery organizations and partners, ensuring successful service delivery to customers

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Lenovo Japan account sales teams) and business partners (new and existing)

Accurately understand customer requirements and coordinate smoothly with relevant internal teams

Create proposals that exceed customer expectations to drive revenue and profit growth

Take ownership of large-scale deals by individually assessing and managing each opportunity

Analyze opportunities and provide sales tools to support Lenovo Japan sales activities

Respond quickly and effectively to escalations from customers

When sales targets are not met, proactively take corrective actions and maximize efforts to achieve targets

Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through delivered services

Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills
(Required for reporting and communication with global and APAC teams)

Strong B2B sales skills and enterprise (high-touch) sales experience

Experience in selling IT services or solutions (e.g., consulting services, IT services, solution sales)

Proven experience managing deals involving multiple stakeholders (CxO-level, IT departments, business units, etc.)

Experience in proposing and closing large-scale or long-term deals

Consulting-oriented sales capability with the ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into service/solution proposals

Leadership potential and mindset to lead teams in the future

Strong ownership, initiative, and proven track record of strategically growing accounts

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience in the IT consulting industry (business or sales roles)

Experience in the SI (System Integrator) industry

Experience in selling managed services

Experience in sales at foreign-affiliated IT companies

Proven ability to independently drive new business initiatives

Experience proposing solutions related to:

Infrastructure managed services

Cloud

Data

Digital Transformation (DX)

Strong motivation to grow as a young manager or future leader

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (technical, service, partner teams, etc.)

Experience working in global environments or collaborating with international teams
