As an Associate Delivery Consultant in Application Services, you will support the delivery of application development, enhancement, and maintenance services for enterprise clients. Working under supervision, you will contribute to project execution, ensure quality deliverables, and continuously develop your technical and consulting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the development, testing, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications and technology solutions.

Deliver high-quality work by following established development methodologies, coding standards, and best practices.

Assist in troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving technical issues to ensure reliable system performance.

Create and maintain project documentation, including technical designs, test cases, user guides, and operational procedures.

Collaborate effectively with consultants, developers, project teams, and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

Continuously develop technical, consulting, and communication skills while learning new technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
What we need to see from you:
- Eligibility to work full-time in Japan, with professional proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) and English communication skills appropriate to the requirements of the role.

Basic understanding of application development concepts, software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing, and debugging practices.

Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript, along with knowledge of database fundamentals and SQL.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach challenges in a structured and logical manner.

Effective communication skills, including full professional proficiency in Japanese and the ability to communicate in written English.

Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and learning agility, with a proactive approach to developing new technical and consulting skills.

Collaborative team player with an interest in business processes and exposure to cloud technologies, DevOps practices, enterprise applications, or low-code platforms being an advantage.
