仕事内容:
We are looking for freelance guides to lead walking tours in Kyoto.
The role involves guiding small groups, following a set route, and delivering prepared content.
Tours are conducted outdoors and mainly in the morning.
Training and materials are provided.

- Comfortable speaking in front of groups
- Able to communicate clearly in English

勤務時間・曜日:
Work Days & Hours
- Primarily morning work, usually starting between 9:00AM and 3:00 PM
- Tours typically last 5-6 hours
- Workdays vary depending on bookings, with higher demand on weekends and holidays
- Flexible scheduling with advance notice of assigned dates
Overtime
- No regular overtime
- In rare cases (high guest engagement or external factors), tours may extend slightly beyond scheduled hours, but this is not the norm
Work Style
- On-site, outdoor work in Kyoto
- This role involves leading small groups on a guided walking experience

- Independent work style during tours, with clear guidelines and support provided in advance
