The Lab Scientist plays an important role in the development of PALL Micro-E filters as an analytical professional, especially from GC and LC-MS(/MS) points of view.
This position reports to the Lab manager and is part of Scientific and Laboratory Services located in Tsukuba, Japan and will be an fully on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Analytical evaluation of prototype filters and assembly parts based on the prepared test protocols
Analyses of organic extractables from aforementioned samples by utilizing GC-MS and LC-MS(/MS)
Installation and development of new analytical technologies and methods.
Improvement of existing test methods.
The essential requirements of the job include
Academic career in chemistry at the graduate school, university, or technical college level, or equivalent knowledge and experience to such academic career.
Individuals who value good teamwork and who can work on new tasks proactively.
Japanese: Fluent level or higher (English: NOT essential, but opportunities may arise in the future if you’re skilled)
Experiences in analytical instruments like GC, LC-MS(/MS) is welcome.
