ダイナミック機器設計者は、石油・ガス、石油化学、石油精製、LNG、発電、および産業関連プロジェクトで使用される回転機器や動的機器の設計、レイアウト、モデリング、および技術サポートを担います。具体的な業務には、詳細な機器設計の策定、製造・据付図面の作成、多岐にわたる専門分野のチームとの調整、ならびに業界規格や顧客仕様への適合性の確保が含まれます。
A Dynamic Equipment Designer is responsible for the design, layout, modeling, and engineering support of rotating and dynamic equipment used in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, Power, and Industrial projects. The role involves developing detailed equipment designs, preparing manufacturing and installation drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
［業務内容］ Key Responsibilities
- ポンプ、コンプレッサー、タービン、ブロワー、ファン、およびパッケージ機器の設計・レイアウト作成
- 機器配置図、据付図、保守スペースおよび吊り上げ計画の作成
- ベンダー図面、データシート、技術資料のレビュー
- 配管、機械、土木・構造、電気、計装部門との設計調整
- 3Dモデルレビュー、干渉チェック（Clash Check）、施工性評価への参画
- プロジェクト仕様書、API、ASME、ISOおよび顧客基準への適合確認
- エンジニアリング、調達、建設、試運転フェーズの技術支援
Design and layout of dynamic/rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, fans, and packaged units.- Develop equipment layout, installation, maintenance access, and lifting studies.
- Review vendor drawings, datasheets, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams.
- Support 3D model reviews, clash resolution, and constructability assessments.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, API, ASME, ISO, and client standards.
- Support engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.

Work Experience

- 石油・ガス、石油化学、LNG、製油所、エネルギープロジェクトでの8～15年以上の経験
- FEED、詳細設計、EPC/EPCMプロジェクトの経験
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力および部門間調整能力
8–15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, Refinery, or Energy projects- Experience in FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, or EPCM projects
- Strong multidisciplinary coordination and communication skills

- 回転機械および補機システムに関する設計知識
- API 610、API 617、API 618、API 611、API 612に関する知識
- AutoCAD、AVEVA E3D/PDMS、SP3D、Navisworksの使用経験
- スキッド搭載パッケージ機器およびベンダーパッケージ統合に関する知識
Strong knowledge of rotating equipment and auxiliary systems- Experience with API 610, API 617, API 618, API 611, and API 612
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, AVEVA E3D/PDMS, SP3D, and Navisworks
- Familiarity with skid-mounted package equipment design and vendor package integration
