募集要項

1. Japan Market Project Coordination

Coordinate and execute branding and marketing projects in the Japan market, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Product, Technical, Supply Chain, and HQ Branding teams).
Track the execution of marketing plans, including timeline management, resource coordination, budget control, and post-project review.
Support marketing collaboration with local partners and channel distributors to improve market penetration efficiency.

2. Event & Exhibition Management

Organize and execute marketing events in Japan, including seminars, customer engagement events, channel trainings, and product launches.
Plan and manage major exhibitions in Japan (e.g., PV Expo Tokyo / Renewable Energy related exhibitions), including material preparation, on-site coordination, and vendor management.
Liaise with exhibition organizers and third-party service providers to coordinate booth design, construction, logistics, on-site operations, and dismantling.

3. Brand Communication & Content Support

Support brand communication activities in Japan and develop localized marketing content such as press releases, brochures, social media content, and case studies.
Work with HQ and regional teams to localize product messaging to align with Japanese market language and cultural expectations.
Support marketing material management, including the creation and updates of PPTs, videos, posters, and product manuals.

4. Channel Marketing Support

Collaborate with distributors and partners on co-marketing initiatives.
Assist in empowering channel partners with marketing tools such as training materials, sales kits, and event templates.
Collect market feedback from channel partners and support strategy optimization.

5. Market Data & Insights

Track competitor dynamics, policy changes, and industry trends in the Japan market.
Analyze marketing performance data such as event results, exposure metrics, and lead generation, and prepare monthly or quarterly marketing reports.

1. 日本市場マーケティングプロジェクトの統括・調整

日本市場におけるブランドおよびマーケティングプロジェクトの実行・調整を担当し、営業、製品、技術、サプライチェーン、本社ブランドチームなどの部門間連携を円滑に推進する。
マーケティング計画の実行をフォローし、進捗管理、リソース調整、予算管理および実施後のレビューを行う。
日本のパートナー企業やチャネルとのマーケティング連携を支援し、市場浸透の効率向上を図る。

2. イベント・展示会管理（Event & Exhibition）

日本国内の各種マーケティングイベントの企画・運営（セミナー、顧客交流会、チャネル研修、製品発表会など）を担当する。
日本の主要展示会（例：PV Expo Tokyo、再生可能エネルギー関連展示会）の企画、資料準備、現場運営、ベンダー管理を行う。
展示会主催者や外部サービス会社と連携し、ブース設計・施工、物流、現場運営、撤収までを統括する。

3. ブランドコミュニケーションおよびコンテンツ制作支援

日本市場向けブランド発信をサポートし、プレスリリース、パンフレット、SNSコンテンツ、導入事例などのローカライズされたマーケティングコンテンツを作成する。
本社および地域チームと連携し、日本市場の言語・文化に適した製品メッセージのローカライズを行う。
PPT、動画、ポスター、製品カタログなどのマーケティング素材の制作および更新をサポートする。

4. チャネルマーケティング支援

販売代理店・ディストリビューターと共同でマーケティング活動（Co-marketing）を実施する。
チャネル向けマーケティング支援として、トレーニング資料、営業ツール、イベント企画テンプレートなどを提供する。
チャネルからの市場フィードバックを収集し、マーケティング戦略の最適化に活用する。

5. 市場データおよび情報収集

日本市場における競合動向、政策変化、業界トレンドを継続的にモニタリングする。
イベント成果、露出データ、リードデータなどを分析し、月次・四半期のマーケティングレポートを作成する。

スキル・資格

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, event management, or exhibitions. Experience in renewable energy, solar PV, or energy storage industries is preferred.
Strong project execution skills and cross-team communication abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Core Competencies

Familiar with the full lifecycle of events and exhibitions: planning – execution – vendor management – post-event review.
Strong copywriting and content development skills, capable of producing marketing materials suitable for B2B industries.
Ability to manage multi-stakeholder collaboration and handle urgent issues with strong resilience and execution capability.

Language Requirements

Japanese: Native or business level
English: Basic business communication ability (for coordination with regional and HQ teams)
Chinese: Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale exhibitions or client events.
Experience working with design agencies, media partners, PR agencies, or exhibition organizers.
Familiarity with technical concepts related to solar modules and energy storage products, such as TOPCon, bifaciality, BOS, etc.

イベント・展示会の全プロセス（企画〜実行〜ベンダー管理〜効果検証）に関する知識
B2B業界に適したマーケティング資料を作成できる文章力・コンテンツ制作能力
多方面の関係者と連携し、突発的な問題にも柔軟に対応できる高い実行力とストレス耐性

言語要件

日本語： ネイティブまたはビジネスレベル
英語： 基本的なビジネスコミュニケーション能力
中国語： 使用可能であれば尚可

デザイン会社、メディア、PR会社、展示会主催者との業務経験
