仕事内容:
We are looking for part-time staff to join our international stationery e-commerce shop, bungu.store, which ships Japanese stationery worldwide. Our start-up–like culture offers an open environment where you can grow your communication skills in a bilingual international environment, and collaborate in a space where your contributions are valued. You will be responsible for light warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and labeling. This role requires accuracy and attention to detail to ensure smooth and reliable order fulfillment.
Our internal manuals and communication are mainly in English.

Main Responsibilities:
- Picking: Collect ordered items from shelves based on order slips.
- Inspection & Barcode Scanning: Check for correct items, damage, or dirt, then scan into the inventory system.
- Packing & Labeling: Pack items carefully with cushioning material, attach shipping labels, and ensure a clean presentation.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stock counts, restocking, and shelf organization.
- Other Light Tasks: Assemble boxes, attach labels, and keep the work area tidy.

勤務時間・曜日:
Working Hours: 9:00–18:00, self-registerable schedule
- Minimum 3 weekdays (5 weekdays possible after probation)
- Consistent schedule required throughout the year (predictable schedule year-round)
- 45 or 60-minute break included

Notice of resignation is accepted as long as it is given at least one month in advance.

給与:
- Hourly wage with pay increases based on performance and responsibility
