仕事内容:
Our After School Program is looking for instructors and assistants to start this fall. If you have a passion for working with children and have experience in the education field, we would love to work with you!
Please note that we do not provide professional training for instructors or assistants.
Instructors are expected to:
1. Create lesson materials during their work hours (paid)
2. Take lead of the classroom and teach their group of students
3. Figure out each students' strengths and weaknesses, as well as provide individual feedback
4. Help fellow teaching assistants as needed or perform the teaching assistant role when not teaching
5. Support the general operation of events under our After School Program
Assistants are expected to:
1. Support students and instructors during lessons
2. Observe students during breaktimes
3. Help clean classrooms, collect garbage, etc.
4. Support the general operation of events under ourAfter School Program
This listing is for our elementary school division in Minami-Azabu, located near Hiro-o station and Shirokanetakanawa station.

- English level of CEFR C1 or higher
- Has a passion for teaching and supporting students

- Can commit to a consistent weekly schedule

勤務時間・曜日:
- All work is performed in-person at our Minami-Azabu campus
- 1~5 times a week on weekdays (no work is expected on weekends)
- Working hours will fall between 13:30 and 18:30 (After School Program hours)
休暇・休日:
- No work on weekends (Saturday, Sunday)
- No work on National Holidays
- No overtime
- No remote work

給与:
Commuting costs from residential address to place of work is covered, up to 1,000 yen per day roundtrip. Distance must be more than 2km away or coverage is not provided.

The first interview will be online.
The second interview will require a live demo from the applicant and will take place at the school.
The overall interview and hiring process will take approximately 2-4 weeks depending on the timing of the online interview and in-person demo.
