仕事内容:

Summary:

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about creating a positive employee experience, supporting business growth, and driving meaningful HR initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with leadership, influence workplace culture, and make a tangible impact on both employees and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted HR partner, providing guidance on employee relations, labor law, and compliance matters.
Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace disputes.
Maintain relationships with the Labor Office and other government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
Support and improve HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business objectives and local regulations.
Advise managers on employee matters, contract renewals, disciplinary actions, and separation processes.
Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives.
Foster an inclusive, respectful, and high-performing workplace culture.
Stay up to date with labor law developments and HR best practices.
Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

求める人材:

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational environment.
Knowledge of Japanese labor laws and employment regulations.
Experience working with the Labor Office and relevant government agencies.
Native / Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) and business-level English.
Ability to work independently and manage complex HR matters with confidence.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Employee Relations (ER) or labor compliance.
Exposure to HR projects, process improvement, or change management initiatives.

勤務時間・曜日:

Monday to Friday

9:00am to 6:00pm

Weekends and Public Holidays Off
