Sales Manager
JOB SUMMARY
Directly proposes and sells a portfolio of technical and non-technical products, services, and solutions to current and new end customers. Informs customers about new product/service launches and pricing.
Develops, monitors, and adjusts lead generation plans to ensure a robust pipeline of sales opportunities. Manages daily activities to support the business health and growth of end customers through consulting engagements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct direct sales in limited regions or defined product/product areas.
Contact new and existing customers.
Educate customers on company products and services.
Collaborate with product/service departments to ensure effective delivery and support.
Respond to customer complaints and inquiries.
Propose cost-effective and practical options for customers, such as product/service bundling.
Seek cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for additional products/services.
Generate revenue in line with territory sales targets.
Support implementation of process improvement activities.

顧客からの苦情・問い合わせに対応する。
製品・サービスのバンドルなど、顧客にとって費用対効果の高い実用的な選択肢を提案する。
追加製品・サービスのクロスセル・アップセル方法を模索する。
領域の売上目標に従って収益を生み出す。
プロセス改善活動の導入を支援する。
