Your Role
- Installation and commissioning of the Atlas Copco Systems used in Body Shop and Paint shop of Automobile Manufactures
- Co-ordinate the Installation with the Industrial Assembly Solutions (IAS) Project Team and make sure the project is handed over with highest quality and within the quoted time.
- Communicate effectively with the customer to understand their requirements and provide solutions leading to a more optimized production and customer satisfaction.
- Interact with other functions such as the Product and Sales to promote the Atlas Copco Solutions resulting in revenue generation.
- Provide Customer Trainings, Remote support, create manuals and other documents for customized solutions.

- サービス活動の計画および実行
- 自動車メーカーのボディショップで主に使用される設備に関する、据付、保守、トラブルシューティングなど、
アフターサービス全般の対応
- 設備の状態、顧客の保守計画、ならびに顧客の将来の生産計画に関する報告
顧客とともに、Atlas Copcoの接着／シーリング用アプリケーションシステムの現行運用を評価し、顧客要求条件のもとで最適な使用方法を見出すこと。これには、設備およびソフトウェアの改良提案ならびにテストの実施を含む

To succeed, you will need
- A Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Business Level Japanese and Basic English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, tolerant and assertive
- Ability to prioritize and to take decisions.
- Ability to build strong and effective work relationships with customers and colleagues.

- 電気および機械設備のサービスに関する実務経験
- 自動車業界での経験があれば尚可
