Position Overview
This is a Night Shift Position. In compliance with the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act (PMD Act) and internal regulations, this role is responsible for inspection and packaging operations of pharmaceutical products in accordance with GMP, ensuring the stable supply of high-quality medicines.
Key Objectives / Deliverables
Safety
Adhere to HSE-related SOPs at all times and promote safe working practices.
Take a leadership role in improving safety awareness within the assigned area.
Quality
Drive process quality improvements, including the creation and revision of documentation.
Investigate root causes of deviations, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and record them in relevant systems.
Accurately assess quality defects and escalate to supervisors when judgment is difficult.
Identify and resolve both routine and non-routine issues, proactively handling troubleshooting.
Ensure GMP compliance and review manufacturing records.
Production
Execute smooth and high-quality production in compliance with SOPs, ensuring appropriate workforce allocation.
Develop monthly production plans and staff assignments.
Perform work instruction recording and verification, SAP system operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate in cross-functional teams to support change control, deviations, improvements, and validation activities.
People Development
Train and develop operators through on-the-job training (OJT).
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency in PC operation (Microsoft Office)
Language: Japanese (native level)
Education Requirements
High school diploma or higher
Commuting Requirements
Commuting must be within 90 km from the nearest station to the workplace and within 90 minutes using public transportation.
If outside this range, relocation closer to the workplace is generally required (company housing support available).
The same criteria apply even if commuting by car is permitted.

- 逸脱発生時は原因調査・再発防止策を立案・実施し、システム上に記録する。
- 品質不良を的確に判断し、判断が困難な際は上長に連絡する。
- 定型・非定型の問題発見と解決を行い、率先してトラブル対応を図る。
- GMPを遵守し製造記録を照査する。
生産
- SOP遵守で高品質・円滑な生産と適切な人員配置を遂行する。
- 月間の生産計画・作業配置を作成する。
- 作業指図記録への記録・確認、SAP操作、改善提案を行う。
- クロスファンクショナルチームで、変更・逸脱・改善・バリデーション業務を遂行する。

通勤に関する条件
