We are currently seeking an Operation Manager to support and oversee multiple locations in the Kansai area (around Hyogo).

【Key Responsibilities】
You will oversee the daily operations, sales support, and overall management aimed at improving customer satisfaction for cafeterias and cafes across your assigned area (planned for 5 to 8 locations in/around Hyogo).
・Site Supervision & Inspections: Conduct regular site visits, performance reviews, and kitchen inspections.
・Team Support & Development: Support kitchen managers and on-site teams, facilitate staff training, and conduct performance evaluations.
・Quality Control: Maintain high standards for food safety, hygiene, and the overall guest experience.
・Financial & Operational Monitoring: Monitor labor costs, food costs, and overall operational performance metrics.
・Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with corporate clients and school leadership teams (such as international schools).
・Other Duties: Support recruitment and onboarding, assist with event planning and catering operations (when ordered), and handle administrative tasks.

【Requirements & Qualifications】
[Required]
・Bachelor’s degree or higher.
・5+ years of experience in operational management (experience in the food & beverage industry is not required, but preferred).
・Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and executing tasks reliably.
[Preferred Skills & Experience]
・Experience managing multiple locations (Multi-site management).
・Passion for working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
・Ability to lead teams with both professionalism and empathy.
・A proactive, adaptable, and mobile "hands-on" leader who values being on-site.
・Ability to communicate clearly and calmly under pressure.
・Japanese language skill is preferred but not required

【Working Conditions & Benefits】
Work Location:
Assigned locations within your area.
Note: Includes business trips to assigned locations a few times a month. On days without site visits, remote work (work from home) is available.
Working Hours:
Fixed hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), 40 hours per week. (May vary depending on client or event schedules).
5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
Salary & Compensation:
Monthly Salary: ¥350,000 – ¥455,000 (Includes a ¥50,000 Manager Allowance).
Fixed Overtime Pay: None.
