[Important Requirements Before Applying]
1. Role & Language Balance at Events
This is an event-based position where English is the primary language used on-site. However, about 30% of our attendees are Japanese speakers who may not speak English. Therefore, you are strictly required to fully memorize specific, designated Japanese phrases to ensure smooth and welcoming communication with all guests.
2. Internal Operations & Smart Use of Translation Tools
Our official language for administrative updates, headquarters notifications, and coordination with Japanese venue managers is Japanese.
While over 70% of our staff are international team members who speak English fluently, you must be proactive enough to use translation tools (such as ChatGPT or Google Translate) to accurately understand every internal announcement and respond professionally in a timely manner.

Visa and Commitment:
Working Holiday Visa holders: Must have at least 10 months remaining on your visa.
Others: Must be able to guarantee a commitment of at least 1 year.
Selection: Interviews and on-site trials will be conducted entirely in English.

Main Responsibilities
Leading international community events and facilitating guest interactions.
Venue setup, reception, and guest guidance.
Capturing content (photos/videos) for SNS.
Conditions
Location: Shinsaibashi, Osaka.
Shift: 2 or more days per week (Mainly 19:00-22:00, weekends include afternoon shifts).

基本給：時給 1400円 〜 2000円
