The role is responsible for leading the Sales Administration team in enabling a high-performing sales organisation through disciplined execution and internal partnership. The Sales Administration Manager will manage, plan, organise and coordinate the activities and operations of the Sales Administration team, while ensuring seamless collaboration across Sales functions to support commercial effectiveness and business growth.
The Sales Administration Manager leads the Sales Administration team with a clear focus on supporting the priorities and execution needs of the sales organisation. In close collaboration with Sales Directors, the role enables effective sales execution, strengthens field productivity and promotes disciplined, efficient ways of working through strong coordination and process management. The Sales Administration team is primarily dedicated to supporting the sales organisation and contributing to overall commercial Invisalign and iTero sales performance.

Lead the sales Administration team to provide timely, accurate and effective support to the sales organisation across a wide range of operational and administrative needs.
- Build a good understanding of the needs, challenges and priorities of the sales organisation, and identify opportunities to strengthen support, trust and partnership.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Clinical and Marketing to enable smoother commercial execution.
- Lead sales projects and initiatives designed to improve sales effectiveness, process efficiency and business performance, and determine best to deploy resources to achieve agreed objectives with the sales directors.
- Manage escalations from the sales organisation and ensure prompt follow-up, clear communication and effective resolution.
- Establish team objectives, implementation plans and process-related procedures, and review them regularly to drive continuous improvement and operational discipline.
- Allocate resources across team responsibilities and priorities and coach team members to perform in line with established methods, procedures and expectations.
- Support the design and implementation of new programmes, processes and workflow changes that improve field productivity and simplify internal sales operations.
- Deliver results through effective coordination of people, processes and cross-functional activities.
- Develop practical and scalable methods for achieving results while maintaining cost awareness and staffing discipline.
- Guide team members within the framework of established company policies, procedures and governance requirements.
- Recommend changes to policies, procedures and workflows that directly improve organisational effectiveness and sales execution.
- Establish practices that minimise inefficiencies, avoid unnecessary costs and support short-term business priorities while building sustainable ways of working.
- Participate proactively in team and company efforts to achieve departmental and organisational goals.

Minimum of 6–10 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, sales enablement, commercial operations, sales training, or other sales service-related functions.
- Prior experience supporting a field sales organisation in a structured, fast-paced business environment.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across functions.
- Strong IT aptitude and ability to learn new systems and applications quickly.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, dental or other regulated commercial environment is an advantage.
- Ability to partner effectively with sales leaders, field sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Highly organised, action-oriented and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Able to work independently and exercise sound judgement without constant supervision.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word and general business systems.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Ariba, SAP, CRM tools and commercial systems.
- Good understanding of sales processes, internal workflows and business operations.
- Dynamic, optimistic, accurate and solutions-oriented.
- Eagerness to learn and continuously improve.
- Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on enabling sales success and internal partnership.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capability.
