About the Department:
The Industrial Autonomy & Engineering (IA&E) unit drives digital transformation by delivering AI-enabled, software-defined, and secure intelligent products that enhance customer experience and performance.
We collaborate with Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to advance Software-Defined Vehicles using AI, IoT, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies. About the Project:
A multi-program engagement with a leading global Tier-1 supplier for end-to-end AD/ADAS system development.
The team collaborates across project management, system architecture, software development, AI integration, system integration, validation, safety, and security to deliver scalable, high-quality, and production-ready ADAS solutions.
Role Overview:
Act as the central coordination point to ensure end-to-end system integration and alignment across ADAS development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage system/subsystem requirements, traceability, and changes
Coordinate defect tracking, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
Align cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, customer)
Drive change management and feasibility analysis
Ensure delivery quality, timeline, and compliance
Qualifications:
Experience in requirement management (e.g., DOORS) and JIRA-based defect tracking
Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills (8D, etc.)
Experience in change management and system integration
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Preferred:
Experience in automotive/ADAS or embedded systems
Knowledge of V-model, ASPICE, ISO 26262
Exposure to OEM/Tier-1 customer environments
