Our department supports clients who have not yet defined their digital transformation challenges or solutions. We assist in identifying key issues, designing appropriate solutions, and providing execution support, including program management and change management.
Leveraging TCS’s global best practices developed through extensive engagements worldwide, we tailor solutions to fit the unique characteristics and management challenges of Japanese enterprises, driving technology-led business transformation.

■ Engage in upstream consulting that leads enterprise transformation through data and AI

【Job Responsibilities】
■ AI × Software Engineering Transformation
Support clients in incorporating AI into their software development processes to enhance productivity and quality.
・Drive the adoption of Generative AI to enhance software development processes and improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency.
・Support development teams in leveraging AI for code generation, code reviews, and test automation to accelerate software delivery and improve code quality.
・Facilitate legacy system analysis, reverse engineering, and modernization initiatives through AI-enabled application discovery and visualization.
・Leverage AI to support requirements definition, solution design, and architecture development across software engineering initiatives.
・Lead the development of AI-enabled solutions, including use case identification, proof-of-concept (PoC) execution, and implementation roadmap planning.
・Promote and drive AI transformation initiatives across the software engineering lifecycle to improve development effectiveness, quality, and innovation.
