職務概要:
コーポレート・ファイナンス部門のシニアディレクターは、極めて複雑かつ戦略的な財務アドバイザリー案件の遂行を主導・統括し、クライアントの目標や長期的な価値創出に沿ったと整合する成果を実現します。本ポジションは、シニアクライアントとの関係を構築・拡大させ、部門横断的なサービスや市場での新たな機会を見出し、統合的なアドバイザリーを提供します。また、優れた人材の採用、リーダー育成を推進し、全社的な戦略的取り組みを主導することで、組織の強化において重要な役割を果たします。
主な業務内容:-
最も複雑かつ影響の大きいプロジェクトを統括し、クライアント戦略および長期的な価値の創出との整合を確保する

主要なクライアントリレーションを主導し、戦略的事業開発を推進して市場でのプレゼンスの拡大に貢献する

Cレベルのクライアントに対するシニアアドバイザーとして、将来を見据えたインサイトを提供し、重要な意思決定に影響を与える

全社的なイニシアティブを推進するとともに、ディレクター層を指導し、次世代リーダーの育成を主導する
必要なスキル・資質:-
財務分析、バリュエーション、資本戦略アドバイザリーを含む財務アドバイザリー業務における豊富な経験と高い専門性

ファイナンス、経済学、経営学、会計学、または関連分野の学士号・専攻

コーポレート・ファイナンス、M&Aプロセス、バリュエーション、財務分析、Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）の高度なスキル
-
日本語スキル（日本語能力試験（JLPT）N2相当以上）および日本での勤務経験や就学経験が一定期間以上あること

日本在住、あるいは海外在住でも日本への転居が可能なこと

Job Title: Senior Director, Corporate Finance, Japan
Role Overview:
The Senior Director of Corporate Finance leads and oversees the execution of highly complex and strategic financial advisory engagements, ensuring alignment with client goals and long-term value creation. This role cultivates and expands senior client relationships, identifies cross-service line and market opportunities, and delivers comprehensive, integrated advisory solutions. The Senior Director plays a pivotal role in the strengthening of the organization by leading talent acquisition, driving leadership development, and spearheading firm-wide strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Oversees the most complex and high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with client strategy and long-term value creation

Leads key client relationships and strategic business development to expand the firm’s market presence.

Serves as a senior advisor to C-level clients, providing forward-looking insights and influencing key decisions.

Drives organization-wide initiatives and mentor Directors to develop the next generation of leaders.
Skills / Competencies:
-
Extensive experience and deep expertise in financial advisory services, including financial analysis, valuation, and capital strategy advisory. Certain industry knowledge and experience are desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.

Expertise in corporate finance, M&A process, valuation, financial analysis, Office (Excel, PPT, Word).

Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 level or higher) and working or educational experience in Japan.

Currently reside in Japan or be able to relocate to Japan from overseas.
Work Experience:

10–15+ years of industry experience, including substantial executive-level leadership.

Demonstrated success in driving business outcomes, organizational transformation, and long-term strategic growth initiatives.
