We are actively looking for a Forward Deployed Backend Software Engineer who can design resilient systems that enable fast AI features delivery within an enterprise-grade infrastructure.
Integrating homegrown AI capabilities with best-in-class UI/UX, you’ll work with top-tier engineers and scientists to tackle complex challenges within a $13 trillion valued market.

Who you are:
■ An experienced engineer excited to be an early member of a well-funded startup engineering team.
■ A collaborative individual prepared to work closely with cross-functional teams to bring AI values to products and services.
■ Someone who can design and build data structures and APIs that satisfy both functional requirements and business logic.
■ A proactive learner who stays up-to-date with advancements in technologies and adopts new tools as they are released.
Requirements:
■ 5+ years of experience in software development in a fast-paced tech environment.
■ 4+ years of experience building backend systems in product settings.
■ Extremely comfortable with Go or Rust.
■ Strong communication skills for effective teamwork through collaboration, documentation, and public communication.
■ A good grasp of modern infrastructure and tools (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu, and PostgreSQL).
■ Ability to optimize systems to boost AI serving performance is a big plus.
