- 日本企業において、業務プロセスをシステム化に必要なレベルで理解し、主たる設計者としてシステム化を実施した経験。システムの規模は問わない。
- IT プロジェクトの基礎的な管理能力。要件定義後に、必要な工程の定義および簡単な開発計画の立案ができること。
- Linux を利用したシステム構築・運用の経験。Linux が動作する環境を構築し、ネットワーク設定を実施し、ミドルウェアおよびアプリケーションソフトウェアを導入・設定・運用した経験を持つこと。
- Web アプリケーション開発の経験を持つこと。妥当なミドルウェア、ライブラリ、RDBMS 等を利用し、業務上の要件に基く Web アプリケーションの開発が可能なこと。アプリケーション自体の規模や複雑性は問わない。
- 開発・構築したシステムについて、運用計画・ポリシーを設計でき、また、マニュアル等必要な文書を作成できること。
- Python script および Shell script を作成できること。
- Git が利用できること。
- 英語で書かれた技術文書を理解できること。
- 英語での、会話を含む双方向コミュニケーションに対して積極的に取り組めること。

The DevOps & AI Solutions Unit is seeking an engineer to drive internal and external DX (Digital Transformation through the use of IT) by designing, developing, and operating Generative AI and various business tools. This position will contribute to the creation of business value by demonstrating leadership in a wide range of areas, from formulating strategies for the introduction and utilization of Generative AI to developing specific applications and innovating internal business processes.

- Promote DX initiatives to enhance overall company productivity.
- Analyze internal business processes, identify issues, and propose and implement automation for operational efficiency.
- Promoting Generative AI
- Formulate and promote Generative AI strategies.
- Develop and implement Generative AI applications.
- Research and analyze the latest Generative AI technology trends and conduct internal awareness-raising activities.
- Operate and manage Generative AI services.
- Operating and Improving Development Infrastructure
- Configuration and operation of GitHub and development-related services.

What requirements should you meet?
- Mandatory
- Experience in requirements definition and system design.
- Experience in a Japanese company understanding business processes to the level necessary for systemization and having implemented systemization as a lead designer. The scale of the system does not matter.
- Basic IT project management skills. Ability to define necessary processes and create a simple development plan after requirements definition.
- Experience in building and operating systems using Linux. Experience building Linux environments, configuring networks, and installing, configuring, and operating middleware and application software.
- Experience in web application development. Ability to develop web applications based on business requirements using appropriate middleware, libraries, RDBMS, etc. The scale and complexity of the application itself do not matter.
- Ability to design operational plans and policies for developed and built systems, and to create necessary documents such as manuals.
- Ability to create Python scripts and Shell scripts.
- Ability to use Git.
- Ability to understand technical documents written in English.
- Proactive approach to two-way communication in English, including conversation.

- Experience in OSS (Open Source Software) development.
- Experience writing technical articles.
- Experience developing applications incorporating Generative AI (experience with frameworks such as RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).

- Knowledge and experience in designing, managing, operating, and using cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
- Knowledge and experience related to information security, including system design, policy design, investigation, configuration, etc.
- Experience with ticket (issue)-based task management (e.g., GitHub, Jira, etc.).
- Experience in providing user support for internal and external users.
