【部門紹介】
デジタルトランスフォーメーションの課題とソリューションが定まっていないお客様に対して、課題設定とソリューショニング支援、さらにプログラムマネジメントやチェンジマネジメントなどの実行支援を行う部門です。
TCSが世界中のさまざまな業界での支援を通じて培ったベストプラクティスを照らし、日本企業の固有の事情・経営課題に合わせた形でソリューショニングすることでテクノロジー主導による企業変革を後押しします。
また、お客様が日本国内を超えて価値を創出していくためのGatewayとなるべく、将来的にはお客様主導で自社のIT戦略を管理・実行していけるような伴走型の支援を提供します。

【業務内容】
・包括的IT戦略立案/ITグランドデザイン、施策実行支援(エンタープライズ・アーキテクチャ、IT投資プラン、デジタル/クラウド/データ戦略、グローバリゼーション等)
・システム導入支援、プロジェクト管理

【Department introduction】
This department provides problem setting and solutioning support, as well as implementation support such as program management and change management, for clients who have not yet determined the issues and solutions for digital transformation. By applying best practices that TCS has developed through support in various industries around the world, we support technology-driven corporate transformation by providing solutions tailored to the unique circumstances and management issues of Japanese companies. Currently, we have about 60 people in Japan and India, and we support clients in various industries, divided into technology areas.
【Characteristics of TCS consulting services】
It is a "hybrid delivery model" in which a mixed team of Japanese and overseas staff is organized to carry out a project. TCS has approximately 600,000 professionals globally and has alliance relationships with major IT vendors around the world. In addition, the R&D department in India is independently researching the latest technologies such as AI, and has a network of industry-academia collaboration. Consulting based on such a wide range of global technical knowledge is one of our characteristics and strengths.

【Responsibilities】
・Comprehensive IT strategy planning / IT grand design, policy implementation support (enterprise architecture, IT investment plans, digital/cloud/data strategies, globalization, etc.)
・System implementation support, project management
【Ideal profiles】
・Leadership: Ability to define and share a vision and goal to solve client's business issues with technology, and navigate with clients and related internal stakeholders
・Business sense: Ability to design a business scheme that is a win-win for both the client and TCS
・Problem-solving ability: Ability to factorize client's business issues and lead task/solution design, team formation, and project management to solve unknown problems
・Expertise: Able to ensure delivery quality by having deep knowledge and expertise in the technology and industry that the department focuses on.
・Communication skills: Able to understand the interests of customers and related internal stakeholders and move them towards action through appropriate communication (written and verbal).

For hirings until grade C3A (equivalent to Manager), one will be assigned to various types of project under Shared Pool System in purpose to provide opportunity to develop general consultation skills. Please be mindful that assigning project(s) will not always be focused or matched to requested area and/or technology.

・コンサルタントとしてのご経験2年以上(コンサルティングファームで日本のお客様向けの経験がある人歓迎)
・SIにおけるプロジェクトマネジメントのご経験
（コンサルティングファームでのご経験がない方はSIにおける上流工程のご経験が必須）
・強いテクノロジーエリアをお持ちの方
・日本語：流暢（複雑なビジネス課題について、口頭・文書ともに複雑な内容を正確かつ円滑に伝えられる）
・英語：ビジネス上級（会議、プレゼン、顧客・社内関係者との折衝を自立して行える）

・グローバルPJTの提案、プロジェクトマネジメントのご経験
・オフショアを使ったプロジェクトマネジメントのご経験
【候補者に求める提案/プロジェクト経験、テクノロジー】
■Cloud and DataTransformation Team：
・現行資産分析・評価
・Cloud Lift & Shift
・Microservices Architecture検討・導入またはMicroservices設計・開発
・Legacy Migration（Mainframe, Open Legacy含む）
・データ＆アナリティクス(D&A)プラットフォームやMDM、Data Governanceの提案/導入、プロジェクト支援
■Transformation Execution Team:
・お客様側、ベンダー側 いずれかの立場から、大規模プロジェクトの企画・管理・推進
・経営戦略に基づき、IT戦略・中期IT計画策定
・業務設計、業務要件定義、システム要件定義
・新業務・システム導入時のchange management
■Business Process Consulting Team:
・ERP(SAPメイン) /非ERP/レガシーアプリ（SCM/PLM/MES）を活用した、業務プロセスの標準化と効率化
・業務／システムにおける問題点抽出と対応方針立案
・業務改革やシステム導入プロジェクトの企画、実行
・その他、クライアント企業の課題解決に向けた支援
【Must】
- 2+ years of experience as a consultant (experience working for Japanese clients at a consulting firm is preferred)
- Experience in SI project management
(Those without experience at a consulting firm must have experience in upstream SI processes)
- Those with strengths in technology
- Japanese:Fluent (Able to communicate complex business topics accurately and smoothly in both spoken and written form)
- English: Advanced Business Level (Able to independently handle meetings, presentations, and discussions with clients and internal stakeholders)
【Preferred requirements】
- Experience in proposing and managing global projects
- Experience in offshore project management
【Proposal/Project experience and technical skills we expect for candidates】
■Cloud and Data Transformation Team:
-Analysis and evaluation of current assets
-Cloud Lift & Shift
-Microservices Architecture review and implementation or Microservices design and development
-Legacy Migration (including Mainframe, Open Legacy)
-Proposal/implementation of Data & Analytics (D&A) platforms, MDM (master data management), Data Governance, project support
■Transformation Execution Team:
-Planning, managing, and promoting large-scale projects from either the client or vendor side
-Formulation of IT strategy and mid-term IT plan based on business strategy
-Business design, business requirements definition, system requirements definition
-Change management when introducing new business and systems
■Business Process Consulting Team:
・Standardizing and streamlining business processes using ERP (mainly SAP)/non-ERP/legacy applications (SCM/PLM/MES)
・Identifying problems in business/systems and formulating response policies
・Planning and executing business reform and system implementation projects
・Other support for solving client company issues
