Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in end to end Project Management / Consultant
- Software development life cycle expertise
- Native or fluent Japanese (N1 level) together with business level English skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Excellent communication skills / ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels
Bonus points if you have
- Automotive experience
- Extra qualifications ( PMP, Prince2 , MBA , Doctorate )
- Have worked with cloud-based solutions (e.g. AWS , GCP )
- Served as a Scrum Master, ideally in large agile projects or scaled frameworks
