Job/Group Overview：
The Corporate Real Estate Technology (CRES IT) team is a global function across Japan, India, the UK, and the US. We partner with Nomura’s Corporate Real Estate organization, delivering a blend of in-house solutions and SaaS to enable the business. We seek a Senior Project Manager in Tokyo as the CRES IT APAC Lead. You will anchor delivery and support for APAC (including Japan), combining project management, application support, and offshore/vendor coordination. You will work with Japan and global stakeholders to plan and deliver regional and firmwide initiatives.

コーポレート・リアルエステート・テクノロジー（CRES IT）チームは、日本、インド、英国、米国に展開するグローバル組織です。野村のコーポレートリアルエステート部門の主要テクノロジーパートナーとして、内製とSaaSを組み合わせたソリューションで業務を支援しています。協働、異文化コミュニケーション、実践的なイノベーションを重視するカルチャーです。
東京拠点でCRES IT APAC Leadを担うシニアプロジェクトマネージャーを募集します。APAC（日本含め）のデリバリーとサポートの中核として、プロジェクト管理、アプリケーションサポート、オフショア／ベンダー調整を兼務。グローバルの関係者と連携し、日本および全社的な取り組みを推進します。

Responsibilities：

Lead APAC initiatives; manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Primary contact for APAC users; deliver application support and incident resolution to SLAs.
Coordinate offshore teams and vendors; design, build, test, and implement solutions.
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and executable plans.
Ensure governance and information security compliance throughout delivery and support.
Report progress, risks, and dependencies; manage stakeholder alignment and escalations.
APACの案件をリードし、スコープ・スケジュール・予算・品質を管理。
APACの一次窓口として、SLAに沿ったアプリサポートと障害対応を実施。
オフショア／ベンダーと連携し、設計・開発・テスト・導入まで統括。
業務要件を明確な技術要件と実行計画に落とし込む。
デリバリー／サポート全体でガバナンス・情報セキュリティ順守を確保。
進捗・リスク・依存関係を適切に報告し、関係者の合意形成とエスカレーションを管理

登録資格
Requirements

Requirements：

＜Mandatory＞

10+ years in IT project management; proven delivery of large or multi-region programs.
Technical fluency across app architectures, integrations, databases, APIs, and cloud/SaaS.
Hands-on application support: operations, incident/problem management, user support, SLAs.
Vendor/offshore coordination: requirements, delivery, and quality assurance.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and plans.
Communication: native-level Japanese; strong business-level English; cross-cultural experience.
Stakeholder management with senior leaders and end users; clear status reporting.
Governance and security: experience operating within corporate frameworks and controls.
ITプロジェクトマネジメント10年以上（大規模／多地域プログラムのデリバリー実績）。
アプリケーションアーキテクチャ、連携、DB、API、クラウド／SaaSの技術的理解。
運用・インシデント／問題管理・ユーザーサポート・SLA管理の実務経験。
ベンダー／オフショア調整（要件、デリバリー、品質保証）の経験。
業務要件を技術仕様と実行計画へ落とし込む能力。
日本語ネイティブ、英語ビジネスレベル、異文化協働の経験。
経営層／エンドユーザーを含むステークホルダー管理と明確な報告力。
企業ガバナンス枠組みと情報セキュリティ管理策に沿った実務経験

＜Preferred＞

Corporate real estate/facilities domain knowledge; familiarity with related SaaS and processes.
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
Experience in multinational or APAC regional teams.
Financial services or financial institutions experience.
コーポレートリアルエステート／ファシリティ領域の知見（関連SaaSや業務プロセス）。
プロジェクトマネジメント資格（PMP、PRINCE2、Scrum Master）。
多国籍環境またはAPACチームでの業務経験。
金融業界または金融機関の業務経験。

Any other special comments if any:
・Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-centric approach are essential. The role requires onsite presence in the Tokyo office at least two days per week to provide in-person support to local CRES users and collaborate with regional stakeholders
・高いコミュニケーション能力と、プロアクティブで顧客中心の姿勢が必須です。東京オフィスへ最低週2日の出社が必要で、国内ユーザーへの対面支援および地域ステークホルダーとの協働を行います
