[主な職務内容] Key Responsibilities

Netmationの上流機器および関連システムのセットアップと構成の実施

PCのインストールと構成（オペレーティングシステムのセットアップを含む）の実施

構成済み機器の検証と動作テストの実施

製品の出荷準備および関連する調整業務をサポート

導入記録、証拠文書、および技術レポート作成および維持
-
PCおよび周辺機器に関連するハードウェアおよびソフトウェアの問題のトラブルシューティング
-
社内チームと連携し、セットアップと展開活動が円滑に進むようにする
-
Perform setup and configuration of Netmation upstream equipment and related systems
-
Install and configure PCs, including operating system setup
-
Conduct verification and operational testing of configured equipment
-
Support product shipping preparation and related coordination tasks
-
Create and maintain implementation records, evidence documents, and technical reports
-
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to PCs and peripheral equipment
-
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth setup and deployment activities
