About the Team
ADAS Japan is development department for ADAS technology which is part of Automated Driving in ZF technology domain and integrated into passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
System team takes responsibilities to design product system architecture and requirement, aligning with customers and internal requirements.
What you can look forward to as System Engineer:
Leading technical discussions with the customer in Japanese to understand the customer's needs.
Analyzing and understanding customer specifications and recruitments.
Proposing realistic solutions based on data / theory that meet all stakeholder requirements.
Clearly define and document assumptions and expectations to stakeholders to realize the system's goal.
Pro-actively finding gaps and/or missing details, and pro-actively stakeholders have accurate and concise technical answers.
Your Profile as System Engineer:
Diploma in either Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Software Engineering
At least 5 years working on Automotive ECUs or embedded software engineering
Good understanding of vehicle communication networks (CAN / CAN-FD / Ethernet), embedded system engineering, general automotive standards (Automotive SPICE, Autosar, UDS)
Understanding of Functional Safety and Cyber Security (ISO26262, ISO21434)
Ability to communicate technical concepts in both Japanese and English
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
Prefer to have some experience about, Model-Based System Engineering, Automotive development tools (Vector / PEAK / etc.) and Mathworks Matlab/Simulink, familiarity with requirements management and issue resolution tools
