国内外大手カーメーカー向けの次世代ライティングシステムを中心に、システムソフトウェア開発プロセスの品質保証・開発プロセスの改善をハンズオンでリードしていただきます。
- プロジェクトの品質統括： プロジェクト開発チームと連携して、アジャイルサイクルにおける品質レビューを主導し、品質維持。
- プロジェクト開発の「品質」と「能力」を評価するプロセスモデルに従い、能力レベルのアセスメント（監査）を実施し、プロセス改善と維持を主導。
- 次世代規格への適合推進： 機能安全やサイバーセキュリティ等の新規格に対応するため、統合開発プロセス基盤の構築・改善。
- グローバル内部監査： 国内外の拠点に対し、ASPICE準拠状況の監査およびプロセス改善の指導。
- 顧客フロント業務： 顧客（国内大手メーカー）の品質窓口として、プロセスコンプライアンスに関するハイレベルなコミュニケーションを実施。

[Lead Mass Production Projects for Major Global OEMs] SW Quality Leader | Master Automotive SPICE & Functional Safety at a Global Standard
Job Description
You will take a hands-on leadership role in quality assurance and process improvement for system software development, primarily for next-generation lighting systems targeting major domestic and global automotive OEMs.
Project Quality Leadership: Collaborate with development teams to lead quality reviews within agile cycles and ensure consistent quality delivery.
Process Assessment & Improvement: Conduct capability assessments (audits) based on process models evaluating both quality and capability of development projects, and drive continuous improvement.
Next-Generation Standards Compliance: Build and enhance integrated development process frameworks to meet emerging standards such as functional safety and cybersecurity.
Global Internal Audits: Perform ASPICE compliance audits across domestic and international sites and provide guidance on process improvements.
Customer Interface: Act as the quality focal point for major customers, managing high-level communication regarding process compliance.
Career Path
Leveraging stable operations experience during the SOP phase, you can advance toward roles such as global project manager or a company-wide process transformation expert.
Requirements (Must)
Experience leading organizations or projects
Knowledge of quality management standards (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949)
Basic understanding of automotive standards (ISO 26262 / ISO 21434)
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience in embedded software development (design, validation, etc.)
Understanding of the V-model, particularly right-side (verification/validation) experience
Hands-on experience with ASPICE and/or assessor certification
