Responsibilities
- Lead the overall QA strategy for AI SaaS products
- Design and execute functional tests for AI Chat, Meeting Notes, and AI Agents
Evaluate prompt quality and ensure consistency and accuracy of AI responses
- Drive test automation and standardize QA infrastructure
- Collaborate with SRE and development teams to resolve quality issues
- Foster a culture of quality across the engineering organization

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a QA engineer
- Proven experience in test design and automation
- Experience building and maintaining test infrastructure
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese for business communication
Preferred skills
- QA experience with large-scale or high-traffic services
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies
- Experience building QA infrastructure in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
