職務内容：
・投資顧問グループのチームマネジメントのサポート
・年金ファンド（一任口座契約）のバックオフィス業務
- 約定処理（海外サブマネジャーとの連携）
- 証券・資金残高リコンサイル
- 会計システムへの記帳処理
- 法定報告書作成
- 社内関係部署、海外拠点へのデータ提供
・新規顧客オンボーディング
・SOC1レポート作成のサポート
・外部カウンターパーティとの折衝、コミュニケーション（受託銀行、ブローカー、その他の取引先）
・チーム内の資料、トレーニングプラン作成
必須のスキル・経験：
・以下システムの経験があるのが特に望ましい
- T-Star RX, GX
- Bloomberg
- Omgeo CTM
- Syntax
・運用会社、信託銀行またはNRIPIでの実務経験があるのが望ましい
有れば尚可のスキル・経験：
・英語 TOEIC 700
・プロジェクト・マネジメントスキル
・EUCスキル
・ピープル・マネジメント

残業について：
残業は20-40時間程度
給与：
経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。
通勤交通費支給（当社規定による）
変動賞与年1回（個人、会社業績に応じて支給）
勤務時間：
フレックス制度については募集案件によって記載
原則 9：00～17：00（実働7時間。フレックス制度あり）
