Join our growing team as a Real Estate Sales professional, working with individual clients in Tokyo.
As globalization continues to accelerate, demand from overseas buyers for Japanese Real Estate is rapidly increasing.
To meet this demand, we have established a dedicated Global Business Division, specializing in pre-owned condominiums across Tokyo.
You will be involved in introducing and supporting clients through the full purchasing process, primarily working with international buyers.
Due to the expansion of this division, we are actively seeking motivated individuals to grow with us.

No experience required—full support provided.
You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training (OJT) from experienced team members over approximately three months.

【Job Responsibilities】
Client Consultation
Understand client needs through inquiries and consultations.
Property Proposals & Support
Recommend suitable properties and assist with financing and related procedures.
Closing & After-Sales Support
Support clients through closing and provide ongoing assistance, including future sales or purchases.
Performance and management ability are evaluated regardless of tenure or age, with opportunities to take on roles of greater responsibility.

1ヶ月あたり4万6000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり
1ヶ月あたり1000円 〜 3万円
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
■ Incentives are paid four times a year based on performance every three months (up to 10% of sales)
■ Salary reviews twice a year
■ Annual bonus based on company performance
Incentive Examples:
・Assistant Manager:
¥15,000,000 in sales over 3 months → ¥1,350,000 incentive + ¥90,000 additional incentives
・Senior Staff:
¥9,000,000 in sales over 3 months → ¥540,000 incentive + ¥60,000 additional incentives
