Our client is a premium tour business offering unique and immersive experiences in Tokyo's vibrant car culture. As a Tour Specialist / Guide, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for automobiles with travellers from all over the world.
Role Overview:
As a Tour Specialist / Guide, you will play a pivotal role in creating extraordinary experiences for our guests by guiding them through an adventure that showcases Tokyo's car culture. You will be responsible for leading tours that cater to car enthusiasts and curious travelers alike, providing insights, stories, and an insider's perspective on the local automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and informative tours showcasing iconic JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) vehicles
- Share insights about Japanese car culture, automotive history, and the vibrant Tokyo lifestyle
- Manage tour logistics to ensure a seamless experience for guests
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries
- Capture short social media content (photos/videos) to highlight tour experiences
Requirements:
- A strong passion for cars, especially JDM vehicles, with knowledge of Japan's automotive culture
- Excellent communication skills in English (other language is a plus)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to engage with guests
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or the service industry is highly preferred
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- A valid Japanese driver’s license
